Four Contact Lenses You’ve Got to See to Believe

I’ll be honest, I thought when violet colored contact lenses came out that it was a pretty wild and over-the-top look.  So, maybe that’s why I’m a little in shock-and-awe when it comes to all the funky looks available for your eyes today from a company called Gothika.

Gothika’s main focus is theatrical contact lenses.  In other words, if you’ve got a costume and make-up, their lenses will perfectly complete the authenticity of your look.  They are the go to supplier of contact lenses when a look requires one’s eyeballs to be zombie or demon like, when someone needs the look in their eyes to prove they are psychotic, or from some place other than planet earth!

Here are four of the funkiest contact lenses Gothika makes that are popular for Halloween, costumed-occasions, or anytime you want your look to catch people off guard.

Blackout Contact Lenses

Black Out Contact LensesThese lenses are funky because they basically just black out any color in your pupil and iris and make it look like you just have one giant black dot in the center of the white or your eye.  It’s a dramatic look that isn’t as scary as some of their looks but still disconcerting enough to cause some second glances.

Angelic Blue

Angelic Blue ContactsIf scary isn’t your deal but you still want a dramatic effect, then Angelic blue Gothika lenses may be a good option.  I’m not sure if they are as peaceful as their name makes them sound, but the bright blue color and pattern they feature is certainly more friendly than some of Gothika’s scarier lenses.  But, if Angelic Blue is too calm for you, never fear, they make a version of the same lens in red (called Angelic Red).

Cheshire Cat

Chesire Cat ContactsEven without a catsuit, these kitty-eyes will cause a stir.  These lenses feature a funky diamond shaped black pupil and a surrounding bluish purple colored iris to give a truly original eye look.

Zombie Shock

Zombie shock contact lensesFeel like your iris is dull in it’s all-one-color state? Then how about adding a pattern like this zombie lens does?  It’s black and white star burst pattern may cause some commotion!  The good news is this lens is easier to wear and see through then it is to look at!
